  • Maintaining consistency, especially during the first 14 days when your body is adjusting

Before Requesting a Refund

Refund Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase
  • One-time guarantee only: Subsequent purchases are not eligible for refunds
  • All tea bags must be returned (including used or empty bags)
  • Shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

Refund Process

  1. Contact Support
    • Email support@slimboosttea.com with:
      • Full name
      • Email address
      • BUYGOODS email invoice
      • Order number
      • Your experience with the tea
      • Detailed list of items being returned (opened/unopened status)
  2. Await Confirmation
    • Wait for our support team to confirm your refund request
  3. Return the Product
    • Ship ALL tea bags to: SLIM BOOST Tea 19655 E 35th Drive, Suite 100 Aurora, CO 80011
    • Include your order number on paper inside the return package
  4. Provide Tracking Information
    • Send a photo of your return tracking number
    • Write the full tracking number in your support ticket
  5. Refund Processing
    • Your refund will be issued once the return package arrives at our warehouse
    • Returns shipped within the 60-day period will be honored, even if they arrive after the guarantee period

Important Notes

  • The guarantee is valid for one-time use only
  • Second purchases are NOT eligible for refunds
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
