- Maintaining consistency, especially during the first 14 days when your body is adjusting

Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase
- One-time guarantee only: Subsequent purchases are not eligible for refunds
- All tea bags must be returned (including used or empty bags)
- Shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

- Detailed list of items being returned (opened/unopened status)
- Await Confirmation
- Wait for our support team to confirm your refund request
- Return the Product
- Ship ALL tea bags to: SLIM BOOST Tea 19655 E 35th Drive, Suite 100 Aurora, CO 80011
- Include your order number on paper inside the return package
- Provide Tracking Information
- Send a photo of your return tracking number
- Write the full tracking number in your support ticket
- Refund Processing
- Your refund will be issued once the return package arrives at our warehouse
- Returns shipped within the 60-day period will be honored, even if they arrive after the guarantee period
Important Notes
- The guarantee is valid for one-time use only
- Second purchases are NOT eligible for refunds
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
